Letter from the Executive Director

Anne Tuccillo

December 2025

Dear Pawfectly Delicious Community,

What a year! As always, our Pawfectly Delicious team remains forever grateful for the incredible support of our customers, retail and community partners, volunteers, friends and families. Without this amazing community, our mission to provide meaningful work and job training for adults with disabilities would not be possible.

Your purchases, donations, likes, shares, contributions and support this year helped us expand our team, grow our presence in the community and on social media, add to our product offerings, and increase our impact for advocating for inclusive workplaces. Thank you for making our work possible.

As a mission-focused nonprofit and small business, here are just a few of our 2025 highlights that I’m proud to share:

  • We grew our team to 12 employees, officially adding Ginny and Henry “Cakemeister” to the team, and we expanded our internship program with the fantastic additions of Beth and Liam.

  • Our sales grew exponentially across the board, with a 15.8% increase in Virginia online sales, an 18.8% increase in out-of-state online sales, and a 39.1% increase in wholesale purchases.

  • We surpassed our annual donations goal and continue to benefit from the generosity and financial contributions from our giving community.

  • We increased our annual grant funding by 51% year-over-year.

  • We added new retail and community partners to the Pawfectly Delicious family and continued to establish impactful partnerships with several like-minded organizations who share in our mission.

  • We continued to make gains with our Employee Wellness Initiative, accomplishing new goals, learning new skills, and working together as a team to improve our overall physical and mental health.

  • We continued our commitment to sustainability by offering our 100% compostable bags for both our four- and eight-ounce products — in addition to incorporating other sustainable materials into our packaging.

  • We hosted our 2nd Annual Paws & Pours Fundraiser, raising over $20k thanks to our incredible sponsors, silent auction contributions, event partners, supporters and guests — plus we had a wonderful time celebrating our mission, team and community (*Stay tuned for 2026 Paws & Pours event details coming in the new year!)

  • We had the opportunity to work with our amazing partners at Istrico Productions, who generously gave their expertise, time and creativity to create impactful video and photographs to enhance and enrich our nonprofit’s entire look.

All of this while coming together, showing up and supporting each other every step of the way. We worked as a team to grow our brand awareness and collaborate with other organizations and businesses that share our mission and passion for creating inclusive workplaces for adults with disabilities.

And next year we want to have an even bigger impact. Stay tuned to hear more in January about our goals for 2026. As for now, we are putting away our rolling pins and packing trays for a well-deserved holiday break after what I’m proud to say has been our busiest holiday season yet.

Thank you for your continued kindness, generosity, and unwavering support. We could not do this without you. On behalf of the entire team at Pawfectly Delicious, we wish you and yours a joyous holiday season and a pawfectly wonderful new year!

With Gratitude,

Anne & The Pawfectly Delicious Dog Treats Team
