Dear Pawfectly Delicious Community,

I hope this note finds you easing into spring with a little more sunshine and a little less winter grit. Here at Pawfectly Delicious, we’re deep in the joyful chaos of planning our annual fundraiser Paws & Pours, and I’ll be honest — it’s a lot. A good lot, but still a lot. Some days I feel like I’m sending out more sponsorship emails than dog treats, and I catch myself thinking, “I know, I know… Anne is asking for support again.” But then I look around at our team, their pride, their laughter, their sense of belonging, and I remember exactly why I keep asking. 

So, with that spirit in mind, here’s the big news: 

Paws & Pours is happening Sunday, June 7, 2026, from 2–5 pm at Fort Hunt Park, and we are working our tails off to make it spectacular. Think of sunshine, music, dogs everywhere, great food and drink, and a silent auction that we hope will knock your socks off. 

And… tickets will go on sale soon! We’re aiming for April 7, 2026, so keep an eye on our social feeds and website.  We plan to exceed last year's attendance, and we’d love to see you there. 

Now for the part where I take a deep breath and ask — again — for your help. 

We are still looking for event sponsors and silent auction items. If you or someone you know might want to support us, please reach out to info@pawfectlydelicious.org. Even the smallest contribution helps us build an event that truly reflects the heart of our mission. 

Because at the end of the day, every dollar we raise goes right back into supporting our incredible team of disabled adults — giving them the dignity of work, a wellness program that nurtures their whole selves, and a sense of purpose and connection that every person deserves. That’s why I keep asking. That’s why I’ll never stop.
